General Remodeling
The work was exceptional and surpassed our expectations. The reason for this was the skilled men who were sent. The head of the crew was Marvin and he was constantly checking the work. When something didn’t meet his standards, he showed them what needed improvement and saw to it that work met his expectations.

Deck and Porch Service
Bud and his Team did an outstanding job of construction. We did inspections of the work every few days to ensure that everything was going to plan and to our liking. If we say things that we did not like they were addressed that day or the next without a lot of back and forth and explainations as to why something was the way that it was, It was addressed to our standards. We made a few modifications to the plans during the process and the price decreased and that was discussed and was taken off of the final negotiated price of the project. I also liked the fact that we paid during phases of construction and a final payment was agreed upon after we both were satified that everything on the punchlist was satified. They did an excellent job and I look forward to working with them again

Kitchen was okay. Quality of work was not very good, and had to ask for things to be redone. But it’s better than it was. Hired them to refinish my hardwood floors and they ruined the floors which we did not pay for. Extremely expensive repair.

"We did multiple projects for this client. We built a porch, deck, remodeled kitchen. There were a few things the client wanted changed so we fixed them. In regard to the hardwood floors, the customer went out of town for a few days, no furniture removed, we had to work around it, as there was no place to put it. We were not finished with the floors. The customer came home, the floors had not cured. In an effort to make things right with the customer, we offered to re do floors. The customers would not let us correct the issue. We did not charge the customer for floors. We felt like they were great customer's and regret that they were not 100% satisfied with our work. As with all project's we strive to provide 100% satisfaction. Thank you, Kelly Nichols"

I purchased a 2021 Cormidi mini skid steer from Jeff Woodcox the owner of lend a hand rentals for $30,000. I live in New York, and we did FaceTime going over the machine as he stated it was in great condition. And I did not squabble about the price thinking it was in great condition. I asked him if his mother was to buy this would he sell it to her ,he said absolutely (I guess he’s not very fond of his mother). When the machine finally arrived to me, the machine had 93.4 hrs came with one key ,was missing bolts, grease fittings, and a ripped track. The engine oil was like Carmel and the air filter was cluttered with dust . The bucket it came with head teeth that were caked on with concrete and I had to use a torch to cut them off(cost me another $60 for bolts) . I called him and asked him if he could send me some bolts to hold the carriage together, and another key for the machine as trying to get Parts from Cormidi is impossible. He said yes, it’s not a problem. It’s been over 2 1/2 months I’ve called and left numerous messages for him on his cell phone and at lend a hand with Sam and he does not call back. When you call his cell phone 502-889-8999 you get his voicemail which says this is Jeff. I can’t get to the phone at the end. Have a blessed day!This guy acts like some kind of holy roller, which he is a far cry from being a honest stand up guy! (I’m still waiting for that additional key ) I wouldn’t buy anything from this lying cheat! take your business elsewhere! If there are any good reviews on this guy there probably bogus reviews .

I rented a Cormidi mini track loader from the Crestwood, KY location. The left track ran off of the wheels and locked the machine up. It was Sunday so no one available to look at the machine so I put track back on myself to hopefully avoid any extra charges for returning the machine late. I wasn’t able to get the retention plate back on the track adjustment screw. I cleaned the machine and filled it up before returning and let them know the situation. The general manager told me that he’d have to charge me for the time it takes the mechanic to install the retention plate, a 1-2 minute job when you have space to work. Also said the machine wasn’t fully fueled which it was. I took it back to the gas station and filled it to the absolute brim which was about 1/2 gallon. He was going to charge me for 3 gallons at $8/gallon. Honestly was expecting a refund of some sort considering the time I saved them from having to come onsite to repair their equipment and that I couldn’t get full use because their machine failed. Instead I got charged extra, albeit a mere $15, for a one minute job when I spent about 3 hours (with the help of a friend) to get their failed machine back to them on time so they could rent it out again. There are lots of reviews on here with a similar story. They were not concerned with customer satisfaction and seem to up-charge you in any way they can. They were not accountable for their failed equipment, only blaming the customer when something went wrong, and then charged for the work they should’ve done up front. Hard to believe this place is still in business but maybe the other locations are more responsibly managed. There are plenty of other rental places but I gave this one a shot because it was the closest so it’s an unfortunate situation as I was hoping to make it my go to spot. Bottom line, I would avoid this business, or at the very least, this Crestwood, KY location.
