"Worked with Window Shopping with replacing my windows in my house. Spoke with Glenn Hasenour and he did not go through the “normal windows sales pitch” but listened to what I wanted to have in my house. He went through 3 or 4 manufactures and options for me. I was able to select a window that almost perfectly matched the existing wooden windows. When the windows were in stock, I was called by their lead installer Brian Coy. He worked around my schedule and they arrived around the scheduled time. The installation crew were experienced and each went off to their separate tasks. They out down tarps to catch any debris and protect the carpet. After the installation, I asked for a couple of minor changes to the installed trim and they changed without a problem. I’ve always fixed and built almost everything I needed myself and I take pride in being self sufficient. I’ve been an electrician for a year and half now and before that I was fabricating aerators for private residences.
