I thought price was a very fair price for installation and clean up. The workers that put my windows in were good and didn't take them long to put them in. The caulking around my windows was very neat and clean . I did notice once windows were in it reduced outside noise alot. They cleaned up around the house nicely also. I would recommend window shopping to all my friends and would buy from them again. I'm looking now to put screen doors on in the future. "They were excellent to work with but we paid a large deposit and waited 3 months for the work to be done which wasn't a problem. Once I called and inquired it was only days and job was completed. I was expected to pay there and then once the job ended but I was not made aware (pre thanksgiving) of that as I was away and had no way of writing check. I ended up paying by Venmo once the owner contacted me that day. All in all a good experience and very happy with the work. I have already recommended to a friend."

"Potter House was very responsive, calling back and providing an upfront no-BS time estimate for when work could actually begin (if we had decided to use them). Due to the busy nature of their schedule, they weren't expecting to be able to begin work for at least three weeks but, knowing the nature of our problem, were willing to come by and provide an estimate. When the gentleman I was dealing with came over to look at our problem he was, once again, upfront about how long it would be before Potter House would be able to begin work. He was also quite knowledgeable and honest about the different aspects of work and sub-contracting that would be required to get done what we needed. All-in-all, I was very appreciative of not being strung along nor having to do my own follow-up. Though we didn't end up using them (since we needed to get the work started before they were available), I would not hesitate to call them up again for future work.
