He answered her questions and was very patient. The next day a west shore representative call and I was scheduled a week later. I would also like to thank Dylan H and Eli W for being professional and definiteI felt they went above and beyond. Even when I made a last minute change Dylan said I dont see that being a problem We want you to happy with your remodel he made a call to his boss and I called Brandon and with end 25 minutes the change was made and we move forward with the remodel . I would also like to thank Cody Y and Jesse M for stopping by after doing there remodel for the day to see if there coworkers were good after hearing that early that day the 71 year old ceramic tile on my bath room shower gave the guys a challenge to remove. "DDR did it again, About a year ago DDR did a covered patio for us and they did a great job so we decided to have them out for a bigger job. We had them do an addition on our home, we added a master suite with a bath and walk in closet, they also added a half bath for our pool area. All I can say is if you are having any work done on you home you don't need to look anywhere else because this company is awesome. The way they communicate is amazing. Our project manager Nate is the best, I truly feel that this job wouldn't of been so smooth if it wasn't for him. He communicates so well that you almost don't need to do anything because he is on top of everything. Nate and DDR took what is usually a stressful endeavor and had me at ease for the entire build.
