TURNER'S HEATING & COOLING

Called several installers to quote. They were most reasonable. Was told that I wanted to make sure meets all requirements for tax credit, etc before deciding. They said it would meet requirements even w/them putting a modular unit/replacement in. Old was upgraded not modular and it met requirements. Been 6 months and still no AHRI certificate for credit & being told now only outside unit qualifies but still no cert. Looked at AHRI site all units they installed are below and discontinued units. Were not on time, confirmed it would meet requirements, it did not, & put in discontinued low efficiency parts, but confirmed they are best/upgraded for modular units. Make sure you do your research before you use them and expect less w/no help.

It went exactly as planned. I technician lead (Chris) was very helpful explaining everything at the beginning of the day. Great job cleaning up after each day!

The first service technician arrived and cleaned the units, checking the Freon level and adding Freon (or the equivalent), and checking the furnaces. One of the furnaces is in the attic, and it was hot up there that day! The problem wasn't fixed according to their measurement tools, so another technician came the next day. The air conditioning worked after the second technician, and we were charged for materials and the net time to repair the units, not the total time of both technicians combined, which is fair. The technicians were actual technicians, and not salespeople trying to convince us to replace all our equipment. Overall, we were pleased.

I called at 3:30 pm that my furnace went out. We were in the middle of an arctic blast. They were here at 4:00 pm. You can't beat that kind of service. Always dependable.
