"It went great! They were very professional and were here when they said they would be and cleaned up behind themselves. We did have a minor leakage problem with the first rain, but we called and they were back here within a couple of days to fix the problem and we have had no leakage since. I was impressed that they handled the call back so quickly, which to me, says a lot about their integrity. The company that did our original waterproofing has left Kentucky and our "lifetime" transferable warranty is now void, so having been burned once we were a bit leery, but they proved to be a very reliable company. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again."

"Isidro and his crew removed the mold and applied a paint that will keep the mold from re-forming. Isidro also determined that we would need new gutters to prevent the problem from happening again. We had known the gutters were in bad shape and we also knew the leaky gutters were probably causing problems with moisture so we went ahead and hired Isidro's company to remove the old gutters and replace them with new gutters. Isidro always took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. His crew was hard-working and friendly. We are so happy with the results! We have no signs of mold in the basement and the gutters are doing their job. It is also nice to have attractive gutters now."

It’s best to remove wallpaper rather than paint over it. You should only paint over wallpaper if removing it would damage the wall, the surface is relatively smooth, or there are minimal problem areas—such as slight peeling and lifted seams—that you can fix easily. If you use a brush too large or damaged, you’re more likely to get uneven coverage. Using the wrong paint for the surface can also mean it’s not opaque enough to get the right coverage and a smooth finish. Remember to keep drying times in mind if you’re doing multiple coats. Make sure the bottom layer is completely dry before adding another layer. Otherwise, the brush and drag and clump the different paint textures, leading to a streaky, bumpy mess.
