Bowels was very responsive to my initials calls and gave me a very quick and accurate estimate.  Justin, the painter, showed up on time and was accurate in his time estimate to complete the job.  When finished he noticed a couple of spots that did not cover very well with the paint, most likely due to some left over silicon caulk that was difficult to remove and very difficult to see originally.  It only showed up because the paint had a hard time sticking to it, as expected.  Justin arranged to return to correct those issues once the paint had a chance to cure for a few days.  We had a very limited window for him to complete the refinishing and his time estimate was right on.  He did a great job considering the challenges with the surfaces to be painted.

Very good.  Was courteous and on time and so far, the job has held up well.

Bowles did an excellent job painting our ugly peach bathtub surround. I called on Monday and they came out on Friday to complete the job. It looks brand new! Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

That was fine. It was wonderful. It looks like race care finish. It is awesome. He said that it should last a life time and stay shinny. That it will not fade. It gets stained with bird poop but that rinses right off. For what they do, I think the price was fair. They were professional and great to deal with.

The tub had been resurfaced over 10 years ago and was in desparate need of being refinished again.  The appointment time was met and the employee doing the work was in and out within a very reasable time.  He was courteous and left no mess.  The tub looks outstanding!

The service tech arrived as scheduled. We were a bit unprepared, due to the tub not being as clean as we would have liked. The service tech was great, and did a lot of prep work. He explained about the process and how to care for tub. I have used them in the past to correct a cheap job by another company. Did a great clean up after the work. I really like this company.

Justin was right on time and had his work cut out for him. The tub had been reglazed 10 years prior by a different company. The glaze came off within months so it had been peeling for years. He had it stripped and looking fine in a matter of hours. The finish looks like new again; we are very happy with their work and plan to use them again on another job.

I have use Bowles in the past and was pleased with them. Several years ago, I hired a company to
re-paint a bath tub. The paint did not hold up and after a couple of years, it pealed. Bowles came
to the rescue and removed old paint and refinished it with "electrostatic" method and it still looks
great. I really like this company, they provide a good service, and I know it will hold up well.

We took down the vent hood & put it in the garage for painting.  The workman came at the precise time we'd agreed upon.  We had put Kraft paper under the hood to protect the floor, but he was careful enough to lay down even more.  There was absolutely NO mess & the hood looks like new.  
After seeing the results on the hood, we asked for an estimate on painting the faded steel siding on our house.  We were pleased with the price as well as the explanation of the projected work process.  Again, workmen came when they said they would.  First, the house was power-washed; then all windows & trim were carefully masked.  The painting took parts of two days because they worked only on the shadier sides to insure a lasting coating.  All the masking paper & tape was removed, down to the last shred.  I have yet to find either a missed spot on the siding, or a single drop of paint on the windows or trim.  The house looks wonderful.  We cannot say enough good things about Bowles. We HIGHLY recommend the company!!

The work on the hood went so well that we contracted with Bowles to paint the exterior of our house.  The steel siding had faded badly over the previous 30-some years. We had been considering having it painted, but were hesitant because of the metal surface.  Bowles explained the electrostatic process, came out and power washed the siding.  A couple of days later, the crew arrived to do the painting. They worked on the shadier sides first, then came back the next day to finish.  They were efficient, professional, tidy, etc. and cleaned up completely afterwards.  Then they inspected the work VERY thoroughly.  We are beyond pleased and have recommended them to everyone we know. Oh--this is a fairly large house, lots of windows which had to be protected from the paint so we were also pleased with the price.

I had just had a new garage door installed and had mentioned to the installer from Lewis Door Service that I was concerned that the new door might fade over time since it would get the full sun all day every day (the old door had faded some).  He said that he understood my concern and told me about Bowles Electrostatic Paint Co.  I called them and made arrantements for them to do my door.  Given a sample of my trim paint, they were able to match the paint exactly for the door.  The painter showed up exactly on time and very carefully prepared the area to be painted. He was very professional and friendly and  he did an absolutely awesome job on the door.  My intent is for the door to last the rest of my lifetime and I really feel that it will.  The resulting finish is like that of a race car.  It is a hard and shiny finish and it is absolutely beautiful.  It really shows off the door.  From my understanding, any dirt that manages to cling to the door can just be sprayed off with a hose.  Before having this finish put on the door, the company gave me several references to call and I did.  Everyone said that the finish on their doors was fabulous even after a year or more.  It is well worth the mone,y in my opinion, to know that the door will not fade in the sun and will be easy to maintain forever. 

With a history of both good and bad bathtub reglazing, I can say that Bowles Electrostatic Painting did an excellent job all the way. The man who did the work was pleasant and efficient. He came back immediately to finish the job--this takes 3 days as it has to "cure" before the taping can be removed. This particular tub has now been painted 3 times and this looks to be the best yet. There were no surprises in the cost. I knew it would run more because the old paint had to be stripped off, so this wasn't an outrageous price and the tub looks brand new.
