"I normally don't write reviews online but this time I felt that I must review the very positive experience I had with BEST WATERPROOFING. I had one leaking corner in my old basement and call Best Waterproof Company for an estimate. I first contacted Sheila to schedule an estimate, she was really helpful and flexible as much as possible (they are very busy and I can understand why!). Tim showed up on time and explained me the work that needs to be done. He then put everything on a contract and gave me a price to waterproof my all basement. The price was almost 50% less than any other company I inquired (and I am the kind of a guy that does very strict due diligence). Since they are very busy I had to wait almost 2 months before they could fit me to their schedule, but the wait was worth it! My basement doesn't leak anymore and I feel that Tim and his crew did a great job! Tim has a hard working crew, and at some point I counted 10 people working on my basement. I highly recommend Best Waterproof Company! If you are looking for honest, knowledgeable, and great contractor you should stop right here and give them a call. "ErieHome waterproofed my basement. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."
