"This company is top notch. They fixed my sagging floor and it now looks beautiful. My house was built n 1902 and can be a challenge at times to work on. They were professional and did the job in less time then they original thought. I am so very pleased with their work. I would hire them again in a minute for any foundation and floor leveling needs. "I hired CSI to do waterproofing for my crawl space a few years ago. Excellent! I just hired them again to repair settling in my house. It is amazing how they fixed this problem! "the product that we bought for our basement from alford and that they are installing is a new product. there product has some flaws, for example they do not have end caps for door ways. also the smell of the glue they use for interior wall board installation has overran our house and we have a 90 year old grandmother that cannot stand the smell and it gives us headaches, they said it would take about 24 hrs to get rid of the smell (which is very strong)."
