"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."

"I had a major problem with my basement walls. The basement did not have a sub pump and the walls were full of water. After several outrageous quotes from the big waterproof companies, i got in touch with K&M Contractors. Matt came out right away to asses the water issues. I was shocked at his quote. K&M was willing to do more footage for less cost than the other quotes. K&M trenched 40 ft around the interior basement foundation, installed drainage pipes, and installed a sub pump. The water issue no longer exist. In addition to the basement, i had two exterior support walls that were also full of water and leaning in about an inch. K&M installed two I-beams on each wall, drained out all the water and installed a french drain to get the water away from the house. All this happened in three days. I am extremely satisfied with their work. Now I can sleep a little better knowing my 60 year old house no longer has basement water issues. K&M did an amazing job. Highly recommend."

"Was concerned a crack in my concrete foundation needed repair. BJ Denny came out, inspected, and explained how the crack doesn’t need repair now. That preventative measures need to be taken outside with my downspouts to keep water away from the foundation to prevent further erosion, thus further damage. Very pleased he didn’t try to overfix the damage, and he gave me a lot of advice for preventative measures. Very professional and trustworthy!"

This time, a mouse had gotten in thru an open garage door when weather started getting cold, and had found a hole in a cinder block wall and had babies! I had already trapped and killed 5 before calling Alford. "Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."
