"I had a totally stopped up kitchen drain. Greenwell unstopped the clog and redid the plumbing under the kitchen sink. It reclogged up again, and Greenwell came out and had to run a snake again, and unclogged it again, free of charge. After the first time they were here if it clogged up again, they come back and fix it free of charge for 120 days after initial visit. Been great ever since. Would highly recommend."

"The installer and his helper, were here at the time they said and got the old one out, after the water was drained, and got the new one in fast. They did have to wrestle the new one in, because of the small space I have here in my condo, but they got in in. I have used it to take a showers since, and it is great. The new one is quiet, I don't hear the flame coming on to heat the water. The temp was a little too high, but I have changed that down some."

The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."
