"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

"My husband and I got quotes from 6 waterproofing companies. BEST was not only the highest rated, they were also the least expensive! Our highest estimate nearly doubled their price! And they guarantee their work! The only thing we didn't love was that we scheduled it and they had to reschedule it for three weeks later (granted it was for medical reasons, so I definitely don't fault anyone for that--we were just anxious"

They installed a 20' drain system, installed 5 iron I-beams, repaired and replaced the brick on half of the Michigan wall, regarded the back side corner of the house to allow better drainage away from basement, replaced back sidewalk to angle water away from basement. We are very pleased.
