I had one leaking corner in my old basement and call Best Waterproof Company for an estimate. I first contacted Sheila to schedule an estimate, she was really helpful and flexible as much as possible (they are very busy and I can understand why!). Tim showed up on time and explained me the work that needs to be done. He then put everything on a contract and gave me a price to waterproof my all basement. The price was almost 50% less than any other company I inquired (and I am the kind of a guy that does very strict due diligence).
