It went great! He responded quickly to all texts I sent. Over a one-week period he was here to give us a quote and complete the job. He fixed our front door lock and storm door lock and solved the problem of the storm door closing too quickly...whuch may not seem like a big deal, but nobody (even the original storm door installer) could ever fix the problem. He also picked out and installed a shower curtain rod. We've already asked him to come back to do another job for us. I highly recommend Louisville City Handyman!

It's hard looking for the right person to do anything handy in your home, let alone a major three-bathroom remodel. I met with four contractors before I chose Louisville City Handyman (LCH), one whose reputation deemed them experts in remodeling 100-year-old homes in my neighborhood. Their quote was very close between LCH, but what sold me on LCH was how the contractor, Keenan, communicated with me during the quote assessment, and I am so glad I decided to move forward with him. Keenan was highly communicative, ALWAYS punctual, showed up every day (for over three months), gave up-to-date updates every week, cleaned up after every shift, and on top of all that, he was really pleasant to be around. I work from home, so we interacted daily. His creative problem-solving skills amazed me. He has this great ability to provide the highest quality of work even when something unexpected comes up, which often happens in houses as old as mine. He focused on delivering my vision, never looking for shortcuts or the easy way to do things. For most people, the longer they're in business, the more they lose integrity in their work. As the years go by, I'm certain that won't be an issue for LCH. I caught Keenan standing back and looking at what he and his team had accomplished after completing the job. People like him and companies like Louisville City Handyman are rare these days. I would, and have, recommended them to everyone. As we continue to remodel our home, LCH will be top of mind.

This project and contractor was one of the smoothest I have ever experienced. He came and looked at the job and sent the quote in one day. Once the project started he finished it in two days. Not only was it accomplished in a timely manner but the work was incredible. Very talented contractor who I can’t recommend enough.

Professional and timely work. I had storm damage to my siding and water damage to a section of drywall. Keenan completed both repairs on time, on budget and the house looking like new

From start to finish, the entire process working with Louisville City Handyman was a pleasure. Before work began, Keenan came out to assess the work to be done and wrote up a fair quote. On the scheduled day, Keenan arrived on time and very well prepared with everything that would be needed, including the paint color I picked out- a dark black color (SW Greenblack). Eek! But in less than a day, he prepped, painted, and cleaned up the two rooms I wanted done. Working with such a dark color is not easy and Keenan did an amazing job! I love it! I was proud to support this Veteran owned business and highly recommend them for your next project. We will definitely be using them again!

Keenan with Louisville Handyman did an excellent job painting our church bathrooms. He is very meticulous + does EXCELLENT work. I’ve never had someone who cleans up after their work as well as he does. I would highly recommend him for any job—large or small. We will be hiring him to remodel our vacation home as well.
