At Gardner's Plumbing, we're more than just a plumbing company – we're a family tradition rooted in honesty, integrity, and exceptional service. Founded by Thomas Gardner, our company's journey began with a passion passed down from his father, who instilled in him the importance of helping people in their time of need. From a young age, Thomas learned the value of hard work and dedication, donning his work boots and oversized hard hat to join his father on plumbing jobs. Witnessing his father's commitment to excellence and genuine care for customers left a lasting impression on Thomas.\n\nAfter overcoming personal setbacks, including a debilitating car accident and major health issues, Thomas's father returned to the plumbing industry but was disheartened by the lack of customer-centric values in many companies. Determined to uphold his father's legacy and restore integrity to the industry, Thomas founded Gardner's Plumbing with a mission to prioritize customer care above all else.\n\nOur unique selling proposition lies in our unwavering commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We believe that plumbing isn't just about fixing pipes – it's about improving lives and restoring peace of mind. That's why we go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that every job is completed to perfection. And to back up our promise, we offer a money-back guarantee – if our customers aren't completely satisfied, they get their money back, no questions asked.\n\nAt Gardner's Plumbing, we're not just in the business of plumbing – we're in the business of making a difference in people's lives. Join us in raising the bar for home service businesses and experience the Gardner's Plumbing difference today.

"What a pleasure to find an honest, friendly competent individual to do work for you. First let me say I have already written a negative review on Angie's List against one of Louisville's major plumbing contractors that I had called out for this job. I am not a novice at home repairs and did not have time to repair this myself. The other company quote was so out of bounds I called Shane Gibson based on his outstanding reviews.
What a friendly competent individual. he went to work and was finished installing a new coupling assembly, carefully opening the wall so it could be easily repaired. He was done in about an hour. He charged 20% of what the large named company quoted me. You know, honesty is a lost attribute and it was nice to find a person that practices what his ads say. From my experience I had estimated the proper amount for the repair myself. Even without discussing the price Shane came in exactly what I had estimated was a fair price for the repair.(Honesty again!!!!!)
I took all my previous phone numbers for plumbers and took them off my phone and threw away my refrigerator magnets that I had received from other plumbers.. Shane Gibson is the only person I would call. I also found that a nearby large neighborhood hardware store recommends him as well. I asked Shane for 25 of his cards and will have handed them out to friends and associates by tomorrow.

"Brent and his crew were very punctual and always stayed in contact if there was any change to his plans. They worked in very unfavorable weather as they had to cut the framing and tile out side in frigid and snowy weather. Brent was always available if I had questions and he always consulted me before doing anything outside of what we first agreed upon. During the remodel process we had difficulty with the supplier of the vanity and had to return 2 before one was shipped that was acceptable. Brent was very patient with us as this held him up from finishing the job as he had planned. During the remodel I had planned to paint and do the vanity install myself but Brent quoted me a price for turn key that was very reasonable. The bathroom looks great and I did not have to lift a finger. I would recommend Brent and have already told him I will be contacting him in the near future for more of his services.
