"I really appreciate the work that Chase with Prince Roofing did! I have struggled to have my roof repaired appropriately for some time, and have found that other roofers didn’t fully inspect the issue or listen to my concerns. After yet another leak occurred in the middle of the night Chase came the next morning (a Sunday), got on the roof, assessed the issue, took photos and explained his observations in easy to understand terms, and proposed a solution no one had previously mentioned. His proposal was accurate, response was quick, and installation incredibly timely. Because of the low grade of part of my roof, Chase suggested that I really needed a rubber roof installation for that section only. Chase did not try to oversell me, and provided quotes for a repair and the partial replacement with pros and cons, so I could make a good decision. He used top quality material, answered all of my questions with efficiency and expertise, and even proposed modifications to help with energy efficiency. He installed the partial replacement in under his estimated time, left no trace of the roof he had to remove and haul out despite an awkward section of yard, and treated my property with absolute respect. After the first rain Chase followed up to ask about any issues - it was the first time in three years I didn’t worry about possible leaks after “repairs”. Since the installation, we have had a number of heavy, hard rains and I have had no leaks- I am finally sleeping easy during heavy rains. I cannot recommend Prince Roofing enough, when it’s time to replace the roofing on the rest of my house, Prince roofing is the only roofer I will call."
