"My interest in a quote from this company was met with an almost immediate text message followed by a phone call from Raji. He was asking me when I would like a quote done. WOW! That was very quick. I became a little apprehensive as to the quick reply but allowed Raji to visit at 8AM next morning for the quote. He was prompt and courteous, listened to my questions, and gave me an oral quote soon followed by a written quote. I visited his store front shop in Newport and was reassured that he is legit. Work began on time by an (10 year) experienced employee. The employee, Dillon, sanded the 60 year old wood floors and within just a few hours was able to lay out several wood stains from which my wife and I could choose by visually seeing them on the freshly sanded wood. This was very helpful in deciding on the right tint/color that we wanted. By end of first day, our living room was sanded, stained, and ready for the next days application of sealer. Two coats of sealer were applied on day two. Day three was another coat and buff. Each day was begun with a vacuuming of dust and ended with attention to perfection. We are really impressed with Faith Floors; work, promises, and excellence. We HIGHLY recommend them for your wood floor sanding needs."
