"The installation of the laminate flooring went very well and looks marvelous. The installers themselves could not speak English, so communications were difficult. Since we purchased all the materials for the job, the communications became a problem when the workers, accidentally took our plastic underlayment. I am not a refinishing expert, I would give 5 stars IF the verticals we're finished appropriately; IF the verticals we're sanded down with an orbital sander.
