Since we purchased all the materials for the job, the communications became a problem when the workers, accidentally took our plastic underlayment. "To my understanding, the contract included the verticals on the stairs. Apparently, the verticals where tough. I am not a refinishing expert, I would give 5 stars IF the verticals we're finished appropriately; IF the verticals we're sanded down with an orbital sander. This company is heads and toes better than competitors IF you want your historic floors to show their story."
