Best floor sanding pros near Independence, KY

"My floors look great and they got it done quickly for less! The did a nice job cleaning up. I would have liked it if they would have left some of the stain they used and also they did get some stain on my walls. There was also a pet stain in the wood that wasn?t sanded away and filled. I feel like I got what I payed for and wanted though!"

"Ben was great at keeping me up to date on project details and expected completion. I am pleased with the flooring and backsplash that Footprints installed for me. Great attention to detail!"

"Vince and his crew did a wonderful job refinishing all the hardwood floor in our condo downtown Cincinnati..."

"Floors are beautiful, service was done well and efficiently. Bailey did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend this company!"

"I asked them if they could install new flooring in my office. The job took less than three days: one day for installation, one for sanding and staining the floor, and the last day was for a layer of polyurethane. They also give you a free quote and before starting they let you that use bona products, which are way better to other products, overall their work is top notch quality"

"They did a great job sanding down our existing hardwood floor and re-staining it!!"

"To my understanding, the contract included the verticals on the stairs. Apparently, the verticals where tough. I am not a refinishing expert, I would give 5 stars IF the verticals we're finished appropriately; IF the verticals we're sanded down with an orbital sander. This company is heads and toes better than competitors IF you want your historic floors to show their story."

"Sergio and his team were fantastic: on time; hard-working; easy to work with and eager to give us a quality finished product. Our floors look beautiful!"

"I was able to get the work scheduled quickly. The two workers were right on time. Good communication about what to expect. They did a great job sanding and painting exterior doors and trim. They had to move some items in the garage to get to the door, and put everything back just as it was. They cleaned up everything when finished. The workers were polite and respectful and kept me informed as they worked. Will definitely use Tri State again. Very happy with the quality work they performed."

"Excellent work! Excellent price! Highly recommend !!!"
