"Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

"Tim built a closet in our basement around our sump pump and electric panel. It has transformed our basement! He also attached trim and fixed drywall in several areas. Tim is professional, hard working, and courteous,"

"Tim and his crew did an excellent job restoring damaged wood floor and baseboards of my older home. He took the time to find a solution in matching materials since they no longer make the flooring or baseboards for my older home. The end result? You could not tell it was a restoration as it appeared like the original materials. Unbelievable craftsmanship not to mention professional demeanor. Will I hire him again? Yep! Iâ m sending him a list of my needed repairs with confidence that the job will performed to my satisfaction. Thank you, Tim!"

"I am so happy I chose Wilson Construction. I needed a repair of our side porch steps. He came out immediately to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and we ended up getting the entire side porch replaced ( it was much needed). It was replaced in one day less than a week after we called. Job well done. I highly recommend, you won’t regret it."

"Came on time. Completed the project efficiently. We were happy with his work."

"Fred did a great job of listening to me and making sure we were on the same page so I'd be happy with his end product. He took pictures as he went so I could see the progress he made even when I wasn't on site. I had a tight budget and he was able to negotiate the level of finish to make it fit my finances. He even came back and did an unrelated small repair project for me after the bathroom was done."

"I highly recommend Floyd & Sons for your home projects, having hired them to prep and paint the interior of my garage, several doors, porch ceiling and pressure washing/stain a pergola. Travis showed up on time as promised and was well prepared for the initial meeting, traveling from Independence to California, KY. He gave a fair and reasonable estimate and was very personable and knowledgeable of the work to be done. He and his helper did a great job on the wall prep, pressure washing, wood repair, painting and staining. They went above and beyond, kept me well-informed on the progress and were very easy to work with. I would hire this Company again."

"If you can’t get up and clean then hire Tina from MTL they are wonderful. Thank y’all!"

"Was very knowledgeable about multiple areas. Great prices and workmanship"
