SCOTT'S did plumbing repair in my bathroom now everything works as it should: drains, showers, sinks and tubs (comode was already working so nothing to repair on that)... the PRO came as scheduled and did the job. They set a time and date and the tech called and arrived on time. He quoted the cost of the repair and I accepted based on other higher priced quotes for the job. He was able to come back same day and complete the repair. I received a text msg when he was in route. Dean, was my tech and he was very polite and completed the job in a timely manner. I paid over the phone with their office agent and she was also very sweet and polite. "Maeser was the second company I contacted after the initial company failed to show up for the scheduled appointment. The Maeser technician showed up within my scheduled time and I was contacted by the Maeser dispatch to let me know the technician was on the way. The technician listened to my problem as I described it and, based upon my description, confirmed that the faucet pipe probably had a split in it from freezing over the winter. He explained how that happens and described to me the procedures he would have to follow to correct the problem. He gave me a cost estimate up front. The work involved cutting into the drywall in the house at the location of the outdoor faucet. The technician was clean and thorough. Even though a repair will have to be made to the drywall, the technician plugged the hole back up with the cutout drywall so I don't have an open hole in my wall. He showed me the split pipe and described what he would do to remove the old pipe and replace it with the new one. He explained the siphon value on the new pipe and the purpose it serves. When he finished the job, everything was put back into order and I saw no dirt on the carpet (he wore paper booties over his shoes the entire time). I really appreciated the technician's promptness and educating me on that faucet pipe. I also appreciate Maeser dispatch calling beforehand to let me know the technician was on the way. Very professional operation! (I had a coupon that Maeser provided for Angie's List customers which saved me $30!)"
