It reclogged up again, and Greenwell came out and had to run a snake again, and unclogged it again, free of charge. After the first time they were here if it clogged up again, they come back and fix it free of charge for 120 days after initial visit. Been great ever since. Would highly recommend."

"Dealing with Matt, who seems to have the local PermaJack franchise, was very pleasant. He took sufficient time to thoroughly understand my situation and propose an appropriate solution. His quoted price was a bit below the quote from another provider, but that was not the controlling consideration. Rather, my decision resulted from comfort with Matt's proposed work, not saving a few dollars. Matt and his crew arrived for this job a bit earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. As best I can tell at this point, their work stopped water from running off our patio and over the top of the foundation wall, by thoroughly sealing the joint between the patio surface and the brick veneer of our house. They used hydraulic cement as the outermost barrier and water-activated expansion foam, inside the hydraulic cement, in the spaces behind the patio edge and the top of the foundation wall. After the hydraulic cement cures thoroughly, per discussion with Matt, I'll cover their work with Flex-seal, as a third barrier. They also installed a catch basin and discharge line from an area on the patio, where water collected. This required careful digging to avoid hitting electrical, cable and phone lines into our house. Deer left hoofprints in their newly-laid concrete, which the guys from PermaJack filled in later. Everything considered, I'd hire this outfit again, if needed."

"NCM contacted me within 2 days of my submission on HomeAdvisor, and scheduled time for service call. They were apparently running behind schedule and I had to contact them to check. Mike arrived based on new time, completed assessment and scheduled return the next day. He fixed what he’d diagnosed as problem causing water to run behind kitchen sink into the basement. Before he left we checked basement again and found problem not as bad but still present ... he quickly saw the rusted bottom of pipe from kitchen connected to PVC pipe running down the wall. He got the right tools, cut the PVC pipe, moved it up to cover the rusted out metal pipe coming from kitchen and attached a hose clamp over the gap where he cut and over the connection between PVC pipe and metal pipe. No more leaks!! I can use my kitchen sink again (yay!) and the price was reasonable for the work that ended up needing to be done. There’s a 5% fee added to use credit card ... I didn’t get cash to cover it. Would’ve been good to know ahead of time instead of being stuck with the only option of accepting the fee (I don’t write checks any more)."

"This company repaired all wall cracks in my basement and installed a drain system on all walls of my basement. This company showed up when they were suppose to and completed the work on my basement in a timely matter. I had to contact this company to come back out after the work was done but come to find out, the problem we experienced was not due to any of the work this company had previously done however they still repaired the problem without charging us anymore money.
