When I smiled at the American flag on his sleeve, Tim took the opportunity to brag about the company hiring veterans. He then explained his background in Georgia and how pleased he is to be working for Tom Drexler. Tim assessed the problem, put the info into his iPad and presented three options for repair. His company had just upgraded their software allowing for a more streamlined operation. In friendly conversation he explained the options and even the maintenance programs now available. When Tim came back into my home with the needed parts, he placed booties over his shoes and placed a canvas cloth on my floor at the work area. I thanked him for this and he said ‘we want to be sure it is as clean or cleaner when we leave’ and he did! We chatted while he worked and he NEVER had a negative comment about his job or even the sloppy work from the previous plumber/handy man. By the time he was finished, which was quickly and efficiently, I felt like I had met the plumber of my dreams!"

"Angie" contacted them to initiate the contact and they finally did by email through Angie's List. I called them and scheduled the work given a 4 hour window. When they didn't show up, I called again and they sent someone out immediately. The job was done to my satisfaction but took well over an hour so cost me $75 above the $95 coupon. He did not clean up after the work which I have grown to expect from quality contractors.
