"I was extremely impressed with Timothy. He is an excellent ambassador for Tom Drexler and the epitome of quality service. His appearance was neat and professional. When I smiled at the American flag on his sleeve, Tim took the opportunity to brag about the company hiring veterans. When Tim came back into my home with the needed parts, he placed booties over his shoes and placed a canvas cloth on my floor at the work area. I thanked him for this and he said ‘we want to be sure it is as clean or cleaner when we leave’ and he did! We chatted while he worked and he NEVER had a negative comment about his job or even the sloppy work from the previous plumber/handy man. "What a great experience!  As I explained my idea for a new plug in my bedroom, Sean explained the logistics which included cutting through drywall and then suggested an alternative plan which Would work for me.  When repairing the first overhead light, Sean discovered it was not actually broken and just added a new pull down cord.  (Yes, an old fixture; no switch) That saved me $$.  the second replacement went well, was professionally and cleanly done.
