"I sent out request to get a quote. I was contacted within two hours, I called Steven he came out gave me a quote the next day. We hired Arbor Image, he stated he was a couple weeks out called me the Tuesday before he scheduled on hat coming Saturday. They arrived early started working removing two trees that were beyond saving. Their crew kept moving, cleaning , and removing the limbs They went over and above anything I expected. When they were finished other than the stump chippings you couldn't tell they had been there. Courteous, professional crew, that know what they're doing. I couldn't be more happy. Once the limbs came down they were disposing of the debris. We highly recommend Arbor Image. They respected my property and our neighbors adjoining property. I will hire them again for another tree I need removed and recommend to anyone that asks."

"We had a great experience with this tree service company. We first met them when our neighbor’s Maple tree fell, and we were impressed with how hard they worked, responding to the emergency and handling everything professionally. When our large pine tree in the backyard died, we called them to take it down. They did an excellent job from start to finish. You can tell they care about their work. Highly recommend this family tree service team if you need any tree work done. Great people and great service!"

"The crew was on time and did an excellent job. The tree had to be climbed for the limbs to be removed due to the tree's location. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up the debris. We would definitely call them again!!"

"I hired Henry to remove a tree and stump. He did an excellent job and his price was very fair. I actually paid him more than his quoted price because he and his work was that impressive. He arrived as scheduled and worked safely. His equipment is in excellent condition. He left the area clean and tidy. I would definitely hire him again."

Arborists questions, answered by experts

In most cases, you should not use a pruning seal on trees after trimming. Applying a sealant can interfere with the tree's natural healing process, and it does not guarantee protection from pathogens. Instead of sealing the cut, the best practice is to support the tree's natural recovery by providing it with plenty of water and a dormant-style fertilizer. However, there are exceptions. Pruning seals may be recommended for very vulnerable species, like elm trees, in areas where dangerous diseases such as Dutch elm disease are prevalent. In these specific situations, the protection offered by a sealant can outweigh its downsides. For advice tailored to your situation, especially after cutting large branches, it is best to consult a local tree trimming professional.

It could be anywhere from weeks to years for a dead tree to fall. A dead tree falls based on its weight, how it leans, the state of its roots, the state of decay, and what local windstorms are like, among other factors. Since it’s hard to predict the fall’s timing, it’s important to cut down a dead tree quickly and avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Yes, pruning makes trees stronger because it fosters proper growth, weight distribution, and balance of the crown. By increasing the structural integrity of the tree through pruning, it’s less likely to experience disease, pests, broken limbs, and storm damage. Pruning the right branches and limbs is key to improving a tree’s strength and balance.

Dead trees are dangerous for several reasons. They are structurally compromised and prone to branch or trunk failure, which can pose a significant safety risk to people, vehicles, and nearby structures. Dead trees can also harbor pests like termites, which may spread to other trees or your home. If a tree died from a disease, it could spread the illness to healthy trees. Additionally, the dry wood is highly flammable, increasing fire risk.
