We are very satisfied with the work done. The workmen arrived on time and finished within a reasonable time. They cleaned up all of the branches and left our yard looking very good.

The tree looks beautiful with its new "do". The guys were very knowledgeable about pin oaks and their habits and tendencies. The price charged matched the price quoted. My only challenge was with communications, especially with the office staff. After waiting week or more after the estimate, I had to contact them to establish a date for the work. When the date came, no one showed up, and I was informed that they meant "week of"...still, they were unable to perform the service the "week of" the stated date and came a week later. The crew showed up a day earlier than appointment which was fine with me. I waited 10 days and still no invoice came. When I called to discover how much the office lady told me it was probably in a review stack waiting for consult with arborist. When I pressed, she finally told me what the amount would be...not a very engaging, service oriented person to have on the other end of the line. I know this is a good company and a great service. I waited several weeks for them to fit me into their schedule because of their reputation. They are worth the wait, and even worth the slight dissatisfaction felt when dealing with communications and scheduling. I would rate the guys in the field with all A's and ;the office staff all C's.

It went very well. It took them a little longer than they had planned but they were very methodical and never rushed. They had all the proper equipment and seemed to follow all the safety procedures. I never feared for the safety the workers or property or anything.

I've used this company twice now.  The first time I used them, I picked them because they were one of the best prices and because they always called me back.  I like this company and especially like the arborist Adam that came over and gave the estimate.  I feel like their prices are reasonable, not always lowest.  They are efficient.  They show up when they say they will.  They return phone calls.  They are professional.  We have a lot of trees on 5 acres...I am sure that I will need their services again and they will be who I call.

All went well.  Bob Ray is a little pricey, but worth the extra cost for the service provided.

They are a professional firm and have the equipment and personnel to do the job right. And they did.

No supervision required - work was done in a day. Site well maintained - am very happy with the results. NOTE- price for the job was almost half of what another Angie's list tree service quoted. These guys are the real deal.

I have spoken with Laura Lyon many times. She is very knowledgeable and willing to educate me about our trees. She traveled more than an hour one way to look at our young orchard and arranged to have the trees pruned as needed. We have learned a lot from her.

Bob Ray Company treats our ash tree annually. Laura has also come to check on that tree when it wasn't looking very healthy. She recommended a second type of treatment for the tree which greatly improved its health by the following year.

I will continue to use their services. They are professional and fairly priced in the market.

Checked my weeping willow for disease

We have used Bob Ray for years, but never for tree removal. They came out and gave us an estimate for removing three trees. I knew the estimate was high, but trusted them. The trees were removed several weeks after the bid. When I called to check on a date for removal, the answer was and quot;we are extremely busy.and quot; The trees were removed, but not the stumps. It took over 2 months for them to come back and remove the stumps, even after I made repeated calls to the company. We did not get a bill for over 2 more months. To be honest, I thought they knew they had provided such bad service, they had decided not to charge me! I called the company to complain and ask for a discount due to the delay in tree removal, stump removal and billing. I spoke to Bob Ray who scoffed at my request for an adjustment on the bill.

Without a hitch.

The first estimate was high, but we scaled down and prioritized what we wanted done, and they came through. We would use them again.
