"This is the second time I’ve hired Jose and his work on our new house was as reliable and high quality as his work on the condo we used to own. He painted the entire house (from ceilings to baseboards), replaced plaster ceilings with sheetrock, and did significant patching of some problematic places in our plaster walls. His work was high quality and fairly priced. I will hire him again when we have another project."

"The owners were prompt and polite. All employees were on time and polite. Very hard working. Quote was more than fair. I will hire them again on the next project!"

"All went very well. They are committed to doing a great job. They worked around our schedule and made sure all was complete for our upcoming carpet installation."

"It was an excellent experience. Great work for a great price!"

"They have great service, immaculate job and great customer response time. I highly recommend them."

"He did a great job. He gave me a good price for doing the job. If he would say he would be there at 8am he would."

"Very well, guys arrived on time, did nice job and didn't take all day."

"Potter House was very responsive, calling back and providing an upfront no-BS time estimate for when work could actually begin (if we had decided to use them). Due to the busy nature of their schedule, they weren't expecting to be able to begin work for at least three weeks but, knowing the nature of our problem, were willing to come by and provide an estimate. When the gentleman I was dealing with came over to look at our problem he was, once again, upfront about how long it would be before Potter House would be able to begin work. He was also quite knowledgeable and honest about the different aspects of work and sub-contracting that would be required to get done what we needed. All-in-all, I was very appreciative of not being strung along nor having to do my own follow-up. Though we didn't end up using them (since we needed to get the work started before they were available), I would not hesitate to call them up again for future work.
