Chris Otto was very quick to return my phone calls and texts leading up to the installation, and had answers for my numerous questions. Upon completion he called to make sure I was satisfied. As for the product itself, it has exceeded my expectations for performance. If anyone is weighing the pros and cons of spray foam versus blow in/batt insulation, go with the spray foam. KY Spray Foam said it would cut my gas heating bill almost in half, and it has. My average heating bill last year, when I bought the house, was $185/month. I haven't received a heating bill over $92/month so far this winter, and it has definitely been cold. And my upstairs, which was unusable due to there being only the original 1950's insulation, is now as warm as the rest of the house. I highly recommend KY Spray Foam.
