We made a few modifications to the plans during the process and the price decreased and that was discussed and was taken off of the final negotiated price of the project. I also liked the fact that we paid during phases of construction and a final payment was agreed upon after we both were satified that everything on the punchlist was satified. They did an excellent job and I look forward to working with them again"
