Tom explained exactly how the process would work, including the time frames. He met us and helped us select the materials we wanted. The best and most important part though, is the quality of work. We couldn't be happier with our bathroom. Here's the kicker. When we went to use the shower, we noticed there was an issue with the shower handle. I texted Tom at 6:30 pm. 30 minutes later he shows up at my door and fixes the issue.
