The 4 star rating on the value for the money question is a reflection of the poor state of the housing market, not workmen ship of JCP. A very good project experience with JCP. They followed the planned out schedule, even with a change order, completed ahead of schedule and the front porch looks very nice.

JPC Remodeling is great!! I had a flood. JPC Cover all furniture with plastic and created a sealed off work environment with zipper plastic wall. Attention to detail is excellent. My ceiling & wall replacement, paint job was superbly done. I highly recommend JPC Remodeling. Very courteous, considerate and clean .

The work was completed quickly and looks great. I would give a higher rating if I could get a final invoice showing the work was completed and paid. Also the only complaint on the work is the cleaning after sanding the ceiling. We still have dust everywhere which we will clean.

Jesus was very attentive to his work. He wanted to make sure the job was done correctly and looks good. He even went so far as to fix an area at the seam between ceiling and wall. We had a wall that had a bad drywall job and he asked if he could make it look better. They took care of it and even primed it so it is ready to paint. With all of the ceiling repair there was one area where the insulation was an old type that had been there for at least 30 years. It was a huge mess. They did great to get all of the loose deep on the floor insulation. When they finished each day they had everything clean and ready for us to continue our daily life without working around their equipment. When the job was finished, they took up the protective paper on the floor, then they mopped up all the floors and and had everything looking so nice. Very friendly, hard working and good to work with.

JPC did a great job replacing our deck. They used quality wood, concrete supports and the level of detail was awesome. I would recommend JPC Remodeling to anyone needing a new deck.

I hired Jesus and his team to do some framing and drywall in my unfinished basement. He framed around the duct work and installed drywall ceiling and drywall at stairwell. Jesus did an excellent job. He gave a competitive bid and has been pleasant to work with. No problems. I highly recommend him and I would hire him again if I decide to have more work done on my basement.

The best contractor and company I have ever had do work at my house. They replaced my deck and actually made improvements to the deck during construction. The High Quality Work was done in a very timely manner, in fact they finished a day earlier than promised. Not to mention they only used top grade lumber not the run of the mill cheap stuff. They always cleaned up their mess and left the. Job site clean. I would highly recommend this company for any decking work around your home.

My porch needed TLC. The company painted and repaired the ceiling on my porch. They removed the paint on my columns taking them back to natural wood, before painting, replaced the pieces on the bottoms and repainted them white. The best part is I have beautiful, wide steps. They are strong, have hand rails! I'm so pleased with the job they did! I have future projects, which I will hire them.

Needed my basement Drywalled. Their price was very good. Better than Iâ d been quoted from a friend whoâ s a contractor. So with the great pricing I was quoted I decieded to hire them. Was told job would take a week. It took a week. Price was the same as what they quoted me. They also wanted to start like the next day, which was great. All in all I would hire Jesus again no questions asked. This company is a legit hard working honest group of dudes. Thatâ s what I got from them. Honesty and a good job done.
