Totally impressed! A contractor referred me to David with Grassroots Roofing. David called, we met the next day, and he was able to start the job the day after that. He worked quickly, which I needed due to a fast approaching close date on the sell of my home. After a thorough inspection of my roof, he discovered that the insurance adjuster had overlooked the fact that there were 2 layers of shingles to be removed. He contacted my insurance company which got me more money to put towards the replacement costs. David wrote up the proposal, did everything he told me was going to do, and then invoiced me for the exact amount. There were no surprises at any point - a huge relief! Of course, the process (only took 2 days) was very messy, but David and his crew cleaned up very well, and my yard looked like new by the time they left. Communication was excellent as well. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roofing repairs or replacement. David's price was the lowest I found, but he still provided excellent quality. I have had it inspected and the work was approved and the inspector even said, "impressive."
