Any issue or question was discussed with me to insure that it would turn out according to my expectation. It is evident that the quality of their work is important. Paul and Romy gave suggestions: enhance my desired outcome, make something more functional or to be more cost effective. Most suggestions I implemented due to their experience in construction and am extremely pleased with the end results. My budget was tight and Paul was very respectful of that and kept me informed of changes in the estimate based on what needed to be done next but stayed within my parameters. Paul is very knowledgable, he researched and helped me find quality items (before I bought them). He never rushed me to make a decision and tried to give me options which I really appreciated. We lived in our home during this entire process. When I (5'1" femme) asked to speak to a supervisor about the delay and dumping, they sent a good old boy (300 pds, 6'2") to scream at me in my living room. No supervisor was present to verify the work and I was not permitted to watch them. They pressured me to sign the inspection form, without me inspecting anything. They are a SCAMMMM! I would only recommend Olshan as revenge."
