James Cockerham did a great job. I called him because my gas grill was not heating evenly and then only at about 50% of what it should. I found James off of Angie's list and decided to give him a try. He had my grill working great within no time and would recommend him highly.

He did very high quality work and his price was VERY reasonable as compared to plumbers who had given me quotes. He was also very efficient and got the line installed very quickly despite everything being inaccessible...and he didn't even have to cut a hole in my sheetrock like I was expecting he might have to!

Jame, fixed the gas grill I was having problems with and did a great job.

Late one evening I came home to the smell of natural gas. The gas company came out around midnight turned it off, explaining (nicely) that I needed to contact a plumber to replace the broken pipe. I was quoted $1,300 as a base for the repair by the first plumber. Jim came by and explained that the our gas company would actually be able to fix it for me (a new protocol for repairs). He could have shot me a lower bid and called it good, but he didn't. If you ever need an honest gas man, Jim is the real deal! Wouldn't let me pay him even for the service call. Did I mention it was a Saturday? I had hot water again about an hour later.

James called several days after I left a message. He arrived about 15 minutes after he returned my call. The repair only took him about 20 minutes. We were very satisfied.

Called and he came by the same day. I wasn't home, but he looked over the grill, cleaned it, and left an invoice, the price of which I thought was reasonable if the grill worked. I tested it, cooking several things on it and it worked much better than prior to the service.

Excellent! Jim responded quickly and came out the same day to take a look at what we needed. He came back out the following weekend and moved the gas line and replaced the valve. He actually suggested that we move the line close to some ductwork so that we would not have to work around it at all when the basement ceiling is installed. He even cleaned up after himself! We would highly recommend Jim to anyone needing gas line work.

Jim was timely in returning his call and communicating with me. He arrived on-time, performed the check, verified the problem to be the position of the flu opening rather than an actual leak. He did some maintenance on the hardware and provided a reference for some related work on the chimney.

This fellow was excellent in getting the job done quickly and professionally. Other companies quoted up to 10 times what he charged and couldn't have done it for several days. He got it done in several hours and came the same day we called. We tipped him $50 for his excellent work and pricing.

Jim's responsiveness was excellent. He was very friendly and efficient. His workmanship was very good and I was satisfied with his price. Once I made the decision to go ahead with the project he was able to work it into his schedule and complete it within a few days, which was perfectly fine, since it was not an emergency at all.

I WAS REFERRED TO JAMES (AKA GASMAN) BY FIRESIDE WHERE I PURCHASED MY GAS LOGS. WHEN I CALLED HIM FOR AN ESTIMATE, HE WAS ABLE TO COME OUT THAT SAME EVENING. I HAVE AN OLD HOUSE WITH A CRAWL SPACE UNDERNEATH THAT IS VERY NARROW UNDER THE FIREPLACE. HE CAME UP WITH A SOLUTION TO INSTALL THE GAS LINE USING FLEXIBLE PIPING. HAD TO WAIT A FEW MONTHS TO HAVE THE JOB DONE BECAUSE OF CHIMNEY REPAIRS, BUT WHEN I CALLED HIM TO PERFORM THE REPAIRS, HE AGAIN WAS ABLE TO COME OUT THAT EVENING. HE COULDN'T FINISH THE JOB THAT NIGHT BECAUSE HE NEEDED A NEW DRILL BIT, BUT WAS ABLE TO COME BACK ON MY NEXT DAY OFF. VERY FRIENDLY, VERY REASONABLY PRICED, TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW TO USE THE GAS LOGS AND WHERE CUT OFF THE GAS IF I NEEDED TO.
