They definitely use Honda parts only. They are more expensive but when it comes to the safety systems, I don't mind paying a little extra for a safety device like brakes and things like that. I got them on a special sale that was going on and I needed it at that time so it kind of worked out that way.

They were really nice. It is a fairly new building. It was very clean and they have a nice little lobby with lot of chairs in it and free coffee and televisions to watch and magazines. The people there all kind spoke each other about news, events, and things like that. I would use them again in the future.

We went by two times in December looking at used cars for my daughter for college. No one offered to assist us, even when we went inside. We were left to wander and look on our own. While I appreciate not being hounded by a sales person, I would have liked a least to have had a contact made and info on how to get help if we found something we were interested in.
This was the same on both stops at this dealership.

Dealer charged for troubleshooting that was NOT applied to the cost of the repair, NEVER again

Scholfield Honda didn't want to give me a trade in on my 09 Honda and I sold it for much higher than what they wanted to give me on the trade in. They lost a good customer by telling me they couldn't give me much for my Honda and considering I had just put in USD 2000 in it, the car just had hail damage but it was working well mechanically. Their customer service was not good. I paid for the services, so I got good service but they didn't want to work with me when I wanted to trade in my Honda.

Seen at scheduled time and work performed while I waited. The services and charges were explained both before and after the work was completed.

Everything has always been handled professionally and done right the first time

Their price is fair. I'm sure you could get the same service maybe a little bit cheaper, but I think the dependability and the workmanship is worth the small price increase. The quality of the work is excellent. I have been using them for five years.

I spent about $70 on their services. They have really good customer service. I will use them again in the future.

The oil change went fine. The problem came with the attempted up-sell. First they tried to tell my wife that her tires needed rotating and the brakes needed to be changed. Well, the brakes had been changed not 1 month prior to this. Also, about 6 weeks prior to this her tires had been rebalanced and rotated due to trying to troubleshoot the brake issue we had. Up to this point I had only ever heard of places trying to make up work. We confronted the service guy on this and he didn't seem the least concerned. I would be very careful going into this place. Luckily you can get much cheaper service at a local garage and much better service. The only thing we liked about them was that they would run your car through the car wash at the end of servicing. Also, their prices began very reasonable, but prior to us taking our business elsewhere they had raised prices quite a bit.

The service was great. If you have a problem and you notify them about it, they always resolve it. They wash your car at the end of the service check, you can get a loaner through them, and they are always really nice. I think you could get work done cheaper but they are the only Acura dealer in the area so you have to take your car there for warranty service.
