 + -1 moretHE INSTALLATION WENT WELL BUT WHEN WE NEED THEM TO TO FIX IT HE WOULD NOT RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS. THE SYSTEM WAS UNDER WARRANTY WE KEPT TRYING TO CALL HIM OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR HIM TO COME OUT AND FIX IT BUT HE DID NOT. WE HAD TO CALL BRICKEI CONSTRUCTION OUT. THEY HAD TO ORDER A NEW PART THAT COST OVER 500.00. AJ POOL CAME OUT 2 MONTHS AFTER WE HAD IT REPAIRED AND PICKED UP THE PART TO SEND IT IN FOR REPAIR. AGAIN HE WOULD NOT RETURN OUR PHONE TO FINE OUT THE STATUS OF OUR PART REPAIR. ENDED UP FILING A POLICE REPORT FOR THEFT DUE TO NOT GETTING OUR PART BACK. HE THREW THE PART AT ME YESTERDAY UNREPAIRED AND WALKED OUT.N
Description of Work: THEY ADDED A SALT WATER SYSTEM TO OUR POOL AND HOT TUB AT THE HAMPTON INN MANHATTAN, KS 501 E. POYNTZ AVE.
