Brogan and Chase and the crew were amazing! Our job was a lot larger than originally quoted and planned but Brogan handled it very professionally and efficiently and I could have not asked for a better crew to work on our home. Ground Works did an amazing job from the initial inspection to the installation of the piers. Chris was the initial contact who explained everything in detail, respected me as the customer and was not a high pressure salesman. The crew, James, Paul, Tyler and Phillip were awesome! They kept me in the loop and let me watch the process as they performed the lift and stabilized my porch and basement wall. They left a perfectly clean job site and made sure I was completely satisfied. Supervisor Kyle even came out during the project and was extremely informative and supportive of the crew. Overall, a great experience!

James, Tyler & Paul were great! They were informative and never grouchy that we came out to look or ask a question! James kept us in the loop from the time he entered our property and continued throughout the 2 days they were here to do the job! Easy to talk to and well informed on all the work they did. The foundation of our garage had moved and we had noticed cracks which is why we called Groundwork’s to begin with. Clint was our first contact, he did a detailed inspection of our homes foundation. Gave us a quote and we could decide what to tackle and what we did not need to address. He did not pressure us which we appreciated. We signed a contract and they kept to that contract even when the job ended up taking more hand digging then originally thought. We were very pleased with the teams work ethic and communication.

This was the best service experience we’ve ever had. The team arrived ahead of schedule, they were extremely courteous and informative, and they completed the job much faster than the projected time. We interacted a great deal with José and Craig, and they were completely professional and kind. They also went above and beyond, repairing some sagging ductwork, and removing insulation that had fallen to the floor. Can’t say enough about this team. Thank you again!

The team of Kenny, Daniel, Colt. Et Al installed 4 helical piers at the outside foundation corner and two supplemental crawlspace steel beams to stabilize the house. The work was done on time and with minimal disruption to our lives. I was quite impressed with the team's professionalism and friendliness.

The stone decking at Water’s Edge Pond was weakened and falling into the water from all the gulley-washer rain storms we’ve had and Peak Structural was the only company in town that would take the job. The crew assigned to the job was top notch: Tim Hubbard, Spenser Aragon, Kato Morgan and Brad Jones plus others. They started and finished the job in the time promised and took great care to rebuild and fortify the foundation and grout work. I’m convinced the area is stronger now than when it was first constructed. The old grout was meticulously chipped-out, vacuumed-clean and re-packed with new super strong 5000-psi grout. Many homeowners complimented the hard-working professional crew as they worked on the project. Great quality, hope to recommend them for other jobs around the neighborhood. Peak Structural did driveway and sidewalk crack repair, leveled the driveway and walk with polyurethane foam, and did a concrete protection coat on all our outdoor driveway and sidewalk surfaces. We are very pleased with both Eric's and Zach's work. They were very professional, respectful, and on time. Eric took the time to answer any questions we had in a way that we understood. Zach also answered some of our questions, again, in a way that we understood. We highly recommend Peak Structural.

I am very pleased with the results of my concrete leveling project done by Peak Structural. JT was responsive to requests for multiple estimates and to answering my questions as I was deciding exactly what work I wanted done. Mike and Aven were friendly, explained things thoroughly and cleaned up the project site completely. Peak had the most competitive price, and they were very fair in adjusting the final price when we mutually decided that it was best not to proceed with one portion of the project.

I can't say enough about my experience with Peak Structural! Tim, Spenser, Kato, Aren, & DJ were incredible! They showed up on time each day, were considerate of my living space, exercised care to reduce dust, were reliable & simply did fabulous work! Tim also worked diligently to communicate with the home office to make adjustments on my invoice for work that turned out not to be needed. I am so grateful to have the confidence that I won't have water issues in my basement anymore! I would definitely recommend & would use Peak Structural again.

I needed a lot of foundation work done--adjustable jacks, stabilizing piers, geo-lock wall anchors and carbon steel stripping along my foundation. Peak Structural was amazing. From the receptionist who answered my panicked phone call the first day to my sales person, Tim Miller, who made special trips to my home and responded to me on weekends, to the crew who actually performed the work (Greg, Spenser and Brandon), who went above and beyond to repair a broken sprinkler line all the way to Brayden my project manager who communicated with me constantly, was very accommodating and was always one step ahead of me. I can't say enough about Peak Structural. They secured the foundation of my home for life and gave me much needed peace of mind.

Just outstanding! Peak Structural came out to install a french drain, sump pump, insulation and encapsulation in my crawlspace to deal with water / pest issues. It came out so beautiful. They sent a team of 3 installers for 2 days to get it all installed and setup. Excellent. Peak Structural was on time. Leveled out the driveway. Raised it where it was needed. We are waiting for them to return and seal the joints, but overall we are very happy and they did an excellent job. We also used a Valpak coupon to get a discount, which was wonderful.

Worst company ever!! they came to stabilize my foundation and left a mound of dirt, creating a negative slop from the trench backfill causing water to sit along my foundation in bentonite soil... I've been asking them to fix it for a year and they refuse... My foundation wall has moved in over an inch since they left this site. This company demands payment before work is completed and refuses to correct their careless mistakes. I would search for another company. the smallest negative slop can ruin your foundation.

The predicted installation time was 3 days and was accomplished on schedule! The installation team- Tim, Lee and Nick, were very competent, professional and friendly. They worked extra hard because it was necessary to stage their truck and trailer over 100 feet from the job site. When an unexpected problem arose where one of the engineered drain channels could not work in this application, installation team lead Tim had other solutions in mind and the company was able to deliver suitable alternate material without delaying the project. I am very pleased with the end result, and also want to recognize excellent efforts of the system designer/project estimator- Tim Miller, for his professional approach to evaluating the problem and working collaboratively with me to develop a sound solution. My thanks also to Kaylan for managing this project.

Very well. They sank pilings to prop up the northwest corner, then the west half. All areas have stayed stable since then (maybe two to five years). They also come yearly and perform maintenance checks. They're very thorough and explain their findings clearly. Yesterday the maintenance check was performed by Zach and Carlos. Very satisfied.
