Small jobs welcome

"They arrived on time, did the job and cleaned up all the tree branches and leaves, taking them with them. The company owner was a little over anxious in wanting to increase the amount of work they were preforming to get more money for the day. The only real issue was the owner came and went and a limb was dropped on one of my fences, but there was little damage. I would suggest that his employees pick up after themselves, I picked up four water bottles and a big gulp cup scattered around my yard. I recommended this company to my neighbor who also had some work done."

"Ì think the pictures can tell you what an amazing job was done after the collapse of my garage. Colby did such an amazing job. He even took the time to save many valuable items that were stored in the double car garage. I was so thankful thankful for the job that he did. The clean up was thorough and I was so very grateful."

"Sean Shuker did such a wonderful job trimming and pruning our trees this weekend. He was meticulous as he carefully started with small branches and artfully raised the canopy of our trees and got them away from the house. His tree climbing prowess is incredible! The two days that he worked here were extremely hot (119 degree heat index), but he persevered, even when I told him he could come back when it was cooler. And to top it all off, he did a very thorough clean up job. You can't go wrong to hire this young man! Tree Service questions, answered by experts

How often and long you should water a tree depends on the species and if it is mature or newly planted. The amount of water is also based on the tree's size. A good rule of thumb is approximately 5 gallons per inch of the trunk's diameter.

Adjusting watering to the recommended suggestions for the tree type and weather conditions is vital. For instance, watering trees during a drought is necessary, and you may need to water more frequently than usual.

It can be bad to leave a dead stump in the ground. A stump becomes a hefty piece of dead wood in time and eventually (especially with the help of rain) starts to rot. That makes it a locus point for diseases and pesky insects, as well as a bit of an eyesore. It’s best to remove a tree stump completely before it starts to decay, especially before it starts to fall apart. If the tree was removed because of disease, it’s even more important to fully remove the stump if possible.

Most tree removals take 3-8 hours, requiring additional time for stump grinding or debris hauling.

Yes, it is highly recommended to remove tree stumps. Leaving them in the ground can lead to several problems, as they are not only unsightly but can also reduce your property's value. Stumps can obstruct landscaping plans, make mowing difficult, and hinder new growth. More importantly, they are prime breeding grounds for pests like termites, ants, and mice, which can spread to your home and cause costly damage to its wood and foundation. Stumps also attract fungi and diseases that can infect other healthy trees and plants in your yard. As a stump decays, it might sprout new, unwanted shoots. While removing a stump is an investment, it prevents these potential issues and enhances the safety, health, and appearance of your landscape.

You can find pruning paints and sealants for trees, but you shouldn’t use them on a topped tree. Coatings like these often inhibit the tree’s healing process. An important exception is if there are dangerous fungi nearby that the tree is particularly vulnerable to, like oaks and oak wilt. Sealing cuts can help prevent fungi from taking root.
