"Terrible. Unfortunately, the terms of the contract weren’t fulfilled and we are left finishing a large portion of the remodel and addition. Although we hired Mountain Construction to build an addition and remodel our retirement home and ~93% of funds were provided to Mountain Construction, we were left with ~35%-40% of the overall construction not completed. I would not use nor recommend Mountain Construction for any project one might be considering."

We discovered it when dealing with issues with both fridge and stove. Currently having stucco repair work done. Just saying? they built the house next-door at the same time and the results have been pretty much the same. All I can say, if for some reason you choose Hickock Homes, negotiate your contract very carefully, also be sure you understand the limitations on the so called home warranty. during the build tRay to stay on top of things as much as possible. "

I could really trust that their bid was going to be accurate with no surprises. I cannot say the same for the other contractors I contacted. Once work began, they were very fast and kept to a tight schedule. Even when some trusses were damaged from a freak wind storm, the damage was corrected with a minimal delay. I would recommend them for any construction or renovation job. "
