Had a new home built by these guys 3.5 years ago. We have been fixing things ever since, including but far from limited to six leaks, replacement of one ac/ furnace, They take no responsibility and won?t speak with me. We also discovered that many our appliances including stove and fridge were purchased at a scratch and dent store. They never mentioned this to us. We discovered it when dealing with issues with both fridge and stove. Currently having stucco repair work done. Just saying? they built the house next-door at the same time and the results have been pretty much the same. All I can say, if for some reason you choose Hickock Homes, negotiate your contract very carefully, also be sure you understand the limitations on the so called home warranty. during the build tRay to stay on top of things as much as possible.

This was the best experience with Hickock Homes and James in particular. His attention to detail was second to none! He was communicative and thorough to all my families needs and was available constantly! I truly don’t think another custom home builder can hold a candle to his designs.
