Just saying? they built the house next-door at the same time and the results have been pretty much the same. All I can say, if for some reason you choose Hickock Homes, negotiate your contract very carefully, also be sure you understand the limitations on the so called home warranty. during the build tRay to stay on top of things as much as possible. Once work began, they were very fast and kept to a tight schedule. Even when some trusses were damaged from a freak wind storm, the damage was corrected with a minimal delay.
