"We hired Mountain Construction to finish our basement with a wet bar, rec room, bathroom and gym and I can't say enough good things about Glenn and his team. Our basement was finished on time, within our budget, and the finished product is better than we could have imagined. Glenn communicated with us throughout the project and is a wizard when it comes to scheduling the various contractors. There were very few down days throughout the project which meant there was constantly progress being made. Mark, who framed, finished and trimmed our basement, is incredibly talented, extremely meticulous, and has incredible attention to detail. "Owner Gianni came and provided a very thorough and accurate estimate of the scope of the work and the cost. His lead man on the job Rolando, lead the crew that did a very thorough job of removing the old siding, and replacing and painting the new siding. Because of an upcoming medical procedure in my family, I asked that the work be completed prior to the date of the medical surgery. Gianni and Rolando worked with me and despite several days of inclement weather, completed the job on time. Gianni was very responsive to my emails and phone calls to him throughout the process. "John's bid to rebuild our deck and balcony and several other interior jobs were well under other estimates we received. He offered to come back just a few days later to go over more specifics and started work immediately. He completely tore down our existing deck and balcony and rebuilt them both by himself, and the entire project was completed in just over a week. And it's beautifully done. John also replaced the sliding glass door to the new deck, and even enlarged the doorway because our older door was a smaller-than-standard size. This was an unexpected, last-minute change in plans and he did not charge us above what he originally bid, even though it was much more work. John was not only very friendly and professional, he was always punctual and showed an amazing work ethic. We will definitely be hiring him again to complete a longer list of renovations in the home, including electrical/lighting work in the kitchen and tiling our bathroom. He's a jack of all trades. I highly recommend Allison Construction.show more
