Susan and Jim came to the house the day after I called them, bringing all of their samples.   They listened to what we wanted to do, and showed us several options, recommending the unit that they believed best fit our needs.   Susan pulled out the fabric samples she thought best complimented our house color, and although we looked through all of the samples, hers was the best.
Their product was more expensive than some others we shopped, but the quality was evident.  They provided us with references, and after checking them, we decided to go ahead with the purchase.  They gave us a 3 week delivery time, as each awning is custom made.   Exactly three weeks later they called and said the awning was in and came out the next day to install it.   
It is beautiful and does everything we hoped it would do, shading the southeast windows of the house and turning our deck into an outdoor room.   We anticipate appreciable savings on our energy bills, but will have to wait and see.
Susan and Jim were wonderful to work with, very personable and friendly, and delivered on every promise they made.   We are very satisfied with our entire experience. 

We purchased our sunscreen 4 seasons ago and it has not worked a full season yet.  We are completely dissatisfied with this very expensive product. We are not interested in having this repaired yet AGAIN (which also incurs a fee that is not covered under warranty).  The product is defective and repairs do not work, the motor was even replaced and the mechanism failed yet again.  We asked for a it to be replaced or our money refunded.  They refused.  We hope to protect other buyers by sharing our experience.  Kevin & Kim Braun
