HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! I researched 3 companies when I needed my furnace replaced. CLR/Clemente was my choice. They had the best price, and actually offered more features at a lower cost for the same quality. The company has been very responsive, communicates well, shows up in a timely manner, cleaned up after completing the work, and made me feel appreciated in a personal way. I liked the way things were explained to me and my questions were answered. Any concerns were resolved effectively. They work hard to be a competitive company in the area.

Professional, knowledgeable and dependable

Hired CLR to install a heat pump (ac/heat) system after getting quotes from several companies. Kevin was quick to respond and provide a quote which was the cheapest. He and his crew installed the unit on May 11. It was cold that day (58 degrees). When they left they set the thermostat to 70 degrees. I realized later that day that it was running on the **emergency heat** setting, and not the regular heat setting. I switched it to regular heat and the system would not work. I contacted Kevin and told him what happened and we scheduled a day for him to come to fix it. I followed up with him that morning to confirm what time he would be out and he said he would not be able to make it that day but that he would be out Friday. That was a month ago. I have contacted him multiple times to schedule a time for him to correct the issue and he refuses to come back. He keeps saying they will fix it and not to worry. That is what you want someone to SAY but more than a month later and the system he installed still does not work.

With Covid and job instability, they came through with an affordable furnace. They are the only company to help us at a rough time, with temperatures in the low 30's. Others have quits, checked my credit and offered no assistance. As a Nurse who has been working with Covid patients, I appreciate CLR so much. And disappointed in the large companies that names are well known in KCMO.

I was under contract and warranty with another company, towards the end of the warranty ended up with some serious problems starting to occur. The company kept dragging their feet and not getting the problem fixed until finally the warranty ran out and of course came back and wanted to charge and outrageous amount of money and do all sorts of different things to take take of this issue that really didn't need to be done. I was introduced to CLR and Clemente right about the same time and they were by far the better company! From the very beginning they were extremely professional, polite, saved me a bunch of time and a lot of money! They truly care about their clients and want to do the best job they can! I highly recommend CLR every chance I get and would use them again without hesitation!
