He apologized profusely and said he got his schedule mixed up and said he would either come that evening or first thing Saturday morning. I thanked him and said that would be just fine. Now at 2pm on Saturday and he hasn't arrive and isn't responding to my call or text. I have now called to tell him to not bother coming at all. "

He and his crew completed the landscape, rain gutter drainage pipe to keep water away from the house and did a complete lawn irrigation system using the lake water for supply. He worked jointly with us and our neighbor for some joint water drainage. We have had numerous people asking who did our landscaping as it has good curb appeal.
