They do good work except for one major thing.  When it is the rainy season and the ground is 'saturated' from water... their workers don't care what their equipemtn does to your yard.. they still run their machines all over and tear-up your yard.  I've had mud tracks, RUTS, grass uprooted and patches of no grass resulting from this.  This happened more than once .. I was so angry with that.. I cancelled the service.

We have been using them for about 3 months and are happy with the service so far.  We will have them do some clean-up later this fall in preparation for spring planting and seeding the lawn.  We like that they are a "one-stop shop" and can do anything related to the lawn.  We may also have them trim some trees back before winter and quote us for building a new deck next summer. Very nice guys to work with.

Installation of sprinkler system was on time, the crew worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and acted very professionally.
Green Lawn has made several adjustments to the system that we requested after initial installation. 
They are now taking care of the entire lawn.  We have a very wet yard during a wet season such as this.  They mow the wet areas with a regular mower instead of the heavy mower most companies use. We have found them very cooperative with our lawn's needs.

I used their services for the 7 years we lived in our house for not only weekly mowing service but also to turn my sprinkler system on and off (including flushing it out before the winter) and for fertilizing and applying weed control and aeration. All services were done to my satisfaction. The company is eager to please and easy to work with. Someone actually answers the phone when you call; no leaving a message or getting trapped inside an automated system. They offer many seasonal packages and reduced rates if you pay in advance. I highly recommend them. I am very picky and the fact that I used them for 7 years without considering shopping around speaks volumes.

I was very satisfied in the end with the work that was done on our property. The patio looks absolutely fantastic. All the stones are well place and the graceful rounding of its form makes it a highlight of the backyard. When talking to other contractors for this job, any sort of shaping of the patio was going to cost us a pretty penny. Green Lawn came in $1000 under our next best offer and that next best offer was 60 sqft smaller, without any shaping of the patio and without paver steps!
The initial construction was fast. The patio area was prepped over several days and the stone laid down within the first 8 construction days. However, it was then a long haul for the patio and drainage to be completed. After the first 8 days, it did rain several times over a week long period, so Green Lawn not constructing was understandable, but it is the additional several weeks we waited for final completion after the rain that was really a pain. I am not certain why they were not finishing the job, but it took us contacting them a few times to get the work fully completed. Therefore the project took around a month rather than the original plan of less than two weeks.
The drainage installation process was done well and we were able to keep the grass alive in the areas we properly watered. Any dead grass was really our fault for not being on top of the watering properly, and it has all now started to fill back in, come back from the dead now that it has rained. Green Lawn also installed sod everywhere they had torn up the lawn around the patio and where their carrier vehicle had driven to deliver stone. There was no direct charge for this sod.
The drainage seems to have been installed properly, however, the grade of our lawn is so flat that it was basically impossible to get the lines to fully empty of water. We have been in touch with Green Lawn and should there be issues they will come out to rethink the drainage lines.
Communication was generally good. E-mails were responded to promptly, hardly ever needed to call to get questions answered in a timely manner.
Overall, despite the much longer than expected construction time, I still give Green Lawn an A. The end result was quite fantastic and the price probably unbeatable.

From start to finish. They designed what we wanted based on communicating back and forth and also based on our budget. They excavated and removed old concrete slab. Installed Modular patio with patio stone. Installed a support/seating stone wall and Installed stone steps. They have worked on this patio the entire winter months when there was not snow on the ground.

The project manager on the job was extremely good about communicating with us on absolutely everything. The patio itself is now finished and we were going to do our own landscaping around the patio in the future but we will now be using them for our plantings, etc. as we were so impressed with their work ethic, attention to detail and respect for our opinions and our home.

I will refer this company any time I can. They did an excellent job.

They are above-average in response and they are probably average in what they do.

Technician arrived ahead of scheduled appointment, marked sprinkler heads (for planned lawn maintenance later in the week) and tested the system via an outside controller. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I had to call and ask that the technician return--while all sprinklers turned on, the problem was movement--not noticeable on a quick inspection. Green Lawn had the tech return within the hour and upon closer inspection, replaced a damaged head. No invoice yet, but was told I will be charged for one service call only and the head replacement.
Green Lawn has been reliable with scheduled lawn maintenance and has reasonable pricing. Despite missing the problem with the sprinkler on the initial trip, it was promptly taken care of on the second visit.

Their work is ongoing; they would contract with me every year. They have been with me for about seven years. Their price is fairly reasonable. We took bids and they came in as the low bidder. We have a really small association, so they do not have as much room to maneuver with pricing because we only have 21 houses and they have gone out of their way to accommodate us. I could not rate them any higher, whatever we asked them to do they are willing to do it. My experience with them is that I go talk to the head of the crew that comes out and does the work, ask them can you this for me this time and he would say yes and they take care of it. If we had a storm or something I have had them pickup branches and throw them away. We have had them use special mowers in certain places where they normally would not use them. So, they did what we needed them to do. Everybody in the association likes them, they always say what a good job they have done. If I put in a phone call within 5 minutes I have got a response, and if I would call the president and he may be out somewhere he will call me on the phone. They are here when they are supposed to be. One of the things that I like is if we have had rain and they think it is too wet to mow, that their mowers are going to leave tracks in the ground, they would come talk to me and say it is kind of wet why do not we not mow today, and we will come back and do it when it is dried up a bit, and that kind of consideration was really really nice. They know what they are doing and for us people if we needed them to explain to us why they are doing something they will take their time to explain it to us.

Correspondence was promptly responded to and I always felt comfortable with everything that was taking place.
Installation was completed in about two days at each location and the crew kept the noise to a minimum.
I am very satisfied with the work that Green Lawn did at my properties.

They do a good job. I would recommend them to other members. I called around and this was the best price than anybody else's that I'd talked to. Other than me calling them and making arrangements for them to come, they always show up on Monday. There's no set time and they come whenever they want to, and I don't have to be there or anything. I don't normally deal with them. I'm continuing to use them.

They blew out all the lines and said everything looked good.

My experience with them has been good so far. They are a substantial company; they have their own trucks and so forth. They were competitively priced and highly professional. The presentation of their materials and the bid was professional. They are going to start the work on Monday.

They do an excellent job with the lawn mowing, and very good for edging work. I appreciate their flexibility to work with my schedule, as I prefer to mow the lawn myself for two weeks and then have them mow every 3rd week.

They do a good job for the lawn repair work - aeration, overseeding, and fertilization. The costs for these services is a little high, but worth having them do it professionally instead of me.

I would rate the holiday lighting service as fair. We experienced numerous problems with the light bulbs burning out. While they were willing to come out and replace defective bulbs at no charge, it just became annoying after a while. However, the lights themselves looked great and were applied in a very professional manner.

Overall, I value their services particularly with the lawn mowing work.

It took only about a week for the work as they have the experience including experienced workers. I could clearly explain what I wanted and they provided the work to the T including some ideas I had not imagined.

Overall we were happy with them. There was a problem with the service so they came back in and fixed it.
