"overall good. All these guys worked very hard to get it done. When hiring a waterproofing company to waterproof a basement I would expect the company to fix any water issues coming into the basement that was uncovered during the process. When we tore sheetrock off the basement wall in one corner we seen a water issue letting water to come in to the bedroom. One guy told us that it was above his pay grade. We had to go thru 2 different handymen before we got it resolved. Again you all advertise waterproofing basements with a lifetime warranty. Other than that your people worked hard to complete our job so please let them know. Thanks."

During the discovery/bid process Cody was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the issue and the options we had to remedy my problem. Their bid came in at a fair value and below what I was as expecting so we signed the contract to move forward with the work. Olshan installed 8 cable lock st piers to lift and stabilize our foundation. Alejandro was in charge of the actual work on our home and he is an absolute rock star. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was performed correctly. His crew was respectful of our home and got in and out as quickly and cleanly as they could. Alejandro answered all texts and phone calls in a reasonable amount of time and always kept me in the loop. Overall, foundation work is tough but Olshan made it look easy. Cody and Alejandro were exceptional throughout the process and I trust if I ever need anything in the future they will be there for me."

"Admittedly, I only had them waterproof my basement 2 weeks ago and we haven't had any especially heavy rain storms since. However, I haven't had any noticeable water issues since. The staff were very friendly, courteous and worked very hard. They were able to complete the work in just one day. Which surprised me, considering that their crew of three guys channeled the whole basement and installed two sump pumps. Their work definitely seems solid, so I wouldn't expect any issues. They did come highly recommended to me by my son, who had them do his basement as well and he hasn't had issues for over 2 years."

"Installation went quicker than expected.  Matt is great at coming up with design ideas for your house but wants input and will be honest with you if he knows that something you suggest will not look good.  Recommend visiting local houses that they have done plus pics on websites.  This helped us decide on product, style and design.  All crew members were incredibly friendly.  The window installers were two of the nicest people we've ever met.  There were a few hiccups that were addressed and corrected in a timely manner.  Matt is very critical on final inspection and ensures his crew is there to address any unresolved issues. Overall product and design exceeded our expectations.  We will be calling them in the future to design a deck and brick work.
