When hiring a waterproofing company to waterproof a basement I would expect the company to fix any water issues coming into the basement that was uncovered during the process. When we tore sheetrock off the basement wall in one corner we seen a water issue letting water to come in to the bedroom. One guy told us that it was above his pay grade. We had to go thru 2 different handymen before we got it resolved. Again you all advertise waterproofing basements with a lifetime warranty. Other than that your people worked hard to complete our job so please let them know. Thanks."

The crew jumped right into the tasks with little guidance and stayed busy all day. They talked and joked frequently but that seemed to keep their mood and energy up. There were few problems except for some cold mornings and frost that could affect ladder work.  Also included was new Sherwin Williams 20 year paint  on the wood trim  and 3 kitchen windows were installed.
