She seemed very knowledgeable, but equally as important, very understanding and nurturing. Then came Ben. This guy was super informative and was in no hurry to answer any and all questions. He genuinely cares, and I did not feel like just a number sharing all of my concerns and fears. Ben was honest, patient, and knowledgeable. Very personable and a true bug expert.
