Fair, got Refrig ice maker working but not fixed.

Parts needed to be ordered and they received the wrong parts initially. Once the correct parts were received, replacement and repair went very quickly.

Service man called ahead and arrived promptly. I took him to the dryer and described the problem. I had to run an errand for a few minutes but my wife was present. When I got back about 15 min later, the service man told me he was not familiar with this model dryer and did not know how to get the cover off so he did not try , did not want to break anything. This was fine. Total time at house was 20 minutes, no work done at all and I was given a bill for $57. I paid it. Upon reflection, I don't think I should be charged when a repair company advertised as and appliance expert but then can't work on the appliance at all. Maybe a token charge, or a good will no charge, but $57 for nothing ? The shop is only 4 miles away, so there is no great travel time or distance involved. I was disappointed to say the least.

When I called for the appointment I told the scheduler that I had a GE Profile set and that the washer was not dispensing the soap and fabric softener.  Also the dryer was not getting the clothes dry.  Repairman was actually early for the appt.  he looked at the washer and I explained the problem.  He said he had never seen this type washer/dryer before.  He said that the dryer problem was probably a plugged up dryer vent hose.  He said they were not authorized a GE repair service and GE would not talk to them.  I showed him the manuals and told him they were out of warranty, but he declined to work on them.  He would not even change the dryer vent hose.  Then he had the audacity to charge me for a service call.  Never will I use these people again!

Dave showed up on time. He was very friendly and listened carefully to the symptoms of the problem with the dryer. I told him I thought it was the heating element but he quickly thought it was another less expensive problem. The repair was less then I expected and he was very nice to talk to me about other appliance issues I had as well. I appreciated his honesty and fair dealing.

Put new belt in washer.  I asked him about garbage disposal that had suddenly stopped working.  He ordered a new one for me and installed it promptly.  Simple and to the point.

The person answering the phone was thorough. The repairman came out a couple days later and quickly diagnosed our problem. He came back 2 days later and quickly fixed our problem on our stove. He was punctual, efficient, and called before he arrived. The bid for the repair was almost exactly the same as the bill. We were impressed with this company and will certainly use them in the future.

Refrigerator in the garage was not cooling. It was not very old. Pruitt always has the parts you need or if they don't have it they can get it for you. The repair tech told us in detail what the problem was and how to fix it. He did a good job and am pleased to say the fridge is working great.

The serviceman was able to quickly identify the noise problem by ear, but because the brand of dishwasher we have (Bosch), which does not have excessive problems, the part had to be ordered and an additional service call scheduled.  The serviceman installed the necessary part and corrected the problem.

It went great. A fast response, a quick repair and a fair charge. I would call them again.

Because my freezer is controlled by an electronic motherboard, troubleshooting the issue was a bit more complicated. The repairman had to call Frigidaire support in order to run a diagnostic on the freezer. It is a newer model, so I do not fault the repairman for not knowing the procedure to run the diagnostic.

Mike, the technician, came on Wed to evaluate the problem.  He discussed it with us and let us know approximately how long it would take to get parts and the refrigerator repaired.  On Friday, Mike called to say he could be at the house in half hour, which he was.  He replaced the board and motor in both the refrigerator & freezer and also cleaned the drain.  We will call Pruitt again if the need arises.

No problems at all. I called and set up an appointment. They sent a techie and he diagnosed and fixed the problem after calling me to explain.
