Called Gary at Air Vista on Friday (my heating died Thursday evening). He couldn't fit me in but said he could be here Monday morning. Monday morning he called, set a time and was here promptly. He assessed the problem, gave me the option of purchasing a new circuit board or replacing the unit. The unit was 20 years old, so we went with getting a new one. He said he could get one and install it the next day. It was pouring that morning and he called to say he was a little behind schedule. In other words, he kept me apprised of every step, he and his helper arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend Gary enough! He's honest and does great work. What more could a client ask for?

Gary is great to work with. Very professional, on time, and responsive. I had him replace my 20-y/o AC and furnace. Gary used Rheem for the AC and furnace. The new AC is super quiet. I would recommend because you are dealing with direct instead of the job getting contracted out.

Great job from inspection and quote process to work done. Gary understood what we wanted and made sure we received a full inspection and quote for our best interest (and future upgrades) as well as specific quote for exactly what we asked for, which was only replacement ductwork. I am happy to know what other things we can do to improve our home without pressure to do it all right now. I feel this adds to professionalism with understanding of budgets and priorities. The materials and work quality are stellar.

Gary and his assistant came and fixed the initial leak. When the neighbor's garage ceiling started leaking, he came back and fixed another issue.

They came the day after we called, on time, very professional. Diagnosed problem, had parts to fix it and were in and out in an hour. Will definitely use them again.

We recently moved in to this house. When we had our gas reinstated, the Gas Company guy wrote up a couple of action items for us to fix. I immediately went to Angie's List and called Gary based on the reviews. He answered my first call and told him about the items that they Gas Company guy wrote us up about. He then told me that he can come in the following day, first thing in the morning. He came right on time. Very pleasant and polite. He reviewed the write ups and inspected the problems. He didn't upsell. Some of the things were trivial and he recommended that we can just leave it alone. When we got to the furnace door, he immediately saw the problem caused by prior contractors that were hired by the previous owner of the house. He also noticed that there is no safety plug installed. He explained to me the problem and his proposed solution. I went with his recommendation. He made sure that the issues were resolved before he left. He was through and the end results were great. Definitely will recommend him and will use him again should other issues arise.

I called and a technician arrived at my house within an hour. He patiently explained everything he was doing and diagnosed the problem. I ended up with functioning air conditioning for only the cost of the trip charge. Since it was 106 degrees today, I really appreciated the prompt service.

Excellent. I contacted Gary at approximately 11:00 a.m. and by 1:00 p.m. he was at the house. Frankly, I was worried I wouldn't find someone on a Friday prior to a 3-day weekend weekend who would be available. When Gary arrived at the house, he quickly assessed and corrected the problem and only charged for the $80 home visit fee. Gary was very, friendly, informative, professional and responsive and we really appreciated his assistance, in particular on such short notice. Thank you so much. Great job!

I thought it was very honest that he did not charge me saying that he could not do the work at the time. I think it went very well.

When other services wouldn't even answer my calls over the Christmas holiday weekend, Gary did call me back and came as planned on Monday morning.  He checked my 40 year old furnace and found no issues other than the pilot light had gone out.  He relit the pilot light and after 4 days of no heat, the furnace worked again.   I know that my furnace is at the end of its life, but am thankful for Gary's honesty in not taking advantage of that.  I will definitely call him when the furnace finally dies.
