"We hired JB Construction to remodel our master bathroom and bedroom, this project included building a new shower, tile, new fixtures, etc. Joe did such a great job we decided to have the whole second floor remodeled including the other 3 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room. My wife and I have been very pleased with the work and the how professional Joe and his crew were. This is the second major remodel we have done with JB, he finished our basement 8 years ago. We will be hiring him in 2025 to remodel our first floor which will include the kitchen. "Fonda and Steve run a fantastic company, excellent communication and quality of craftsmanship. We used them 1st to build decking over our back patio and a privacy wall, to enclose our hot tub. A few months later we had them remodel our kitchen which included adding new cabinets, painting existing cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting and plumbing. They were always prompt, dependable, cleaned up after each day’s work and extremely easy to communicate with. My husband and I very satisfied with their work and will most definitely hire them again!"

""Basement - Remodel" doesn't really cover it for our project. We added a great room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In other words, about half a house. I can describe the Tarantola crew's knowledge and execution, both collectively and individually, in three words: "Attention to detail". I grew up in and around commercial and residential construction and I've done some of every one of the jobs required of Tarantola for our project. I was trained to be 'picky', so I am 'picky'. And, I can honestly say that I am not only happy with what they have done, but also proud of what they did and how they did it. Since the late 80's I've built and/or remodeled homes across several states around the country. And, over time, as those projects unwound, I became increasingly convinced that the work ethic that I grew up around was dying, if not dead. Well, I'm happy to report that we here in the KC area have at least one example to prove that there are still people in the business who care."

Alex took the time to plan out every detail with me in advance, as the project would advance I would change my mind on minor details and consult his opinion. Whenever I left a message, they got back to me right away. I always knew what was going on and what the schedule was. They went far beyond my expectations. "We hired Bryan Casey Construction to finish our basement. They did quality work from the initial design and layout to the final touch ups. Each stage of the work was generally on time and the workers were professional and helpful. Julie was great to provide design consultation and kept us up to date on the project status. "Working with Omni was great. From the bid to the final inspection, everyone coming into my home was kind, personable, respectful, and most importantly good at their jobs. John gave me a full written scope and helped me to see the possibilities in our 1954 basement with asbestos tile. In 5 weeks they transformed it into the basement of my dreams. I didn’t know it could look this good. The foreman walked us through each part of the transformation as it happened, so I know how everything works and that it was done right. "We've used B&R for a number of projects. He's highly skilled, creative, honest, and dependable. A bathroom remodel was the most extensive project. I'm listing it's details below to show the extent of Brandon's work and capabilities. It involved taking out a tub and constructing a walk-in shower with a seat, along with removing a vanity and replacing it with two smaller ones, medicine cabinets for each, lighting, a new toilet, and a fan/heater combo in the ceiling. It also involved removing existing tile, and extensive tile installation in the shower, on bathroom walls, and the bathroom floor. Brandon is especially gifted in his tile working ability. He also remodeled a bedroom for us into an art studio, and several smaller projects."

"The only person I know that is more detail oriented than Chris and George is myself! I have had them do multiple jobs over the last 10 years at my house, and it is to the point where i don't need to be home while they work. The first one they refurbished my basement and they made about a half inch mistake after installing the framing. They actually ripped it all out and started over on their own time which really shows that they deliver excellence. If it isn't perfect from initial design and engineering all the way to the build out they will take care of it to make it right. They are very conscientious, do fabulous work, and offer nothing less than high quality. They are very flexible with adjusting contracts to accommodate change orders. They do a great job building out the contract and providing the details of the job. It is fabulous working with Chris and George!"
